Rules of the campground are to be followed by all campers, their guests, and all persons using the grounds for the day.

Visitors Fees

One of the most perplexing problems in the camping industry today is visitors. Most campers fail to understand why a campground owner requires their visitors to pay a fee for entering and using the facilities. It is not that the campground owner doesn't want visitors, it is simply that the facilities can only handle so many people. Excess people cause strain on restrooms, pools, and other facilities. Who's to pay for all this? You, the camper? No, the user, the visitor. Please be advised that visitors may be charged a fee for use of the facilities. The fee is $5.00 per person for half a day, $10.00 for all day, and $15.00 for overnight. They will either have a stamp or visitors pass. If we find that there are people on your site that should not be there and if they do not have a pass or stamp they will be required to pay the fee or they will be asked to leave.

Quiet Time:  All children on sites by 9:00pm and quiet from 10pm to 8am. Please respect your neighbors as they are paying customers, too.. If there is any noise that campers complain about, you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund. Help us all enjoy our camping time.

Pool Area

No one under the age of 18 may be at the pool unless they are accompanied with an adult due to the State Law. Absolutely NO rough-housing in the pool area. Safety is a concern. You will be asked to leave the pool area if you are involved. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. Glass containers and alcohol are not allowed either.

Alcoholic Beverages

We do not sell alcohol. Alcohol may be consumed at the campsite but not at the pool or Recreational Hall. All alcoholic beverages not consumed at the campsite must be in paper or plastic cups. Please drink responsibly and respect your neighbors. No loud parties will be tolerated! You will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.

Other Rules

Site accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 17 years. See the management for additional children and prices.

Only 2 vehicles are allowed at the site.  Other vehicles are to be parked by the office.  If no space is available, contact the office.

Remember that litter looks unattractive. We are proud to provide you with our campground and its pleasant surroundings. Please help to keep Yonder Hill beautiful. Fireplaces and picnic tables are not to be removed from the site and no trees are to be cut down. If you need firewood, we sell it at the office. Do NOT cut down trees, shrubbery, and flowers.

One dog is allowed per site on a leash at all times. The only exceptions to this are that we do not allow Rottweilers, Pit-Bulls or Dobermans. Proof of shots and use of a pooper-scooper are a must. Dispose of animal waste in the dumpster. Remember,a well-behaved pet is welcomed.

If you bring in air conditioners, we charge a $3.00 fee for the use of them, considering the extra electricity costs we have to pay to keep them running for you. Please respect the facilities on the campsite and report any damages to the office ASAP.

Drive 5 MPH in the park.  Safety first.

All campers are responsible for their pets, children, and guests.  No unattended children under the age of 10 in the recreation hall. No bicycle riding in the dark without proper lighting in the front and rear.  No skate boards or the like items after dark.

Additional tents are not allowed to be erected on sites unless approved by the management.

All household garbage must be placed in the dumpster which is located behind the office. Break down cardboard boxes before placing them in the dumpster. Larger items such as bikes, BBQ"s or furniture are NOT allowed. You will need to take them to YOUR town dump.  Leave LP containers on the ground near the dumpster-NOT in.

It is your responsibility to leave the site as you found it or you will be billed for clean up and breakage of park facilities (fire rings, tree, lawn, furniture etc.).

Any questions, please ask. Contact the office on issues pertaining to the campground and we'll try to resolve them as soon as possible.  Please help us keep our park a clean and safe place to visit.

Rules are subject to change without and/or with notice to follow as soon as reasonably possible
